I would strongly suggest not mixing v4 and v6 in this group.
I like the precedent set by SeND. Let's concentrate on v6
for this BoF. We've already seen that there's enough work
there to have a nicely focused working group. DNA for v4
seems to be an afterthought as most (all?) of the existing
work conceivably in this area has been done on v6. Yes,
one could apply some of it to v4, but the lack of existing
drafts and preliminary discussions doesn't justify
iincluding it in the charter at least this time around.
