We've already had some interest in the form of movement
detection for IPv4 nodes before the BoF proposal,
so I think that certainly on this list we should
see if there's enough similarity to call the v4 and v6
issues "Birds of a Feather".

As noted by Jari, there may be two parallel problem
spaces for these systems. It is certainly worth
determining here before we put up an agenda, especially
considering the possible splitting of mobileip into
mipv4 and mipv6.

Bernard may be able to indicate what has been happening in
these groups and how they relate to the topic.
(Aside to BA: I hope this is not inappropriate to suggest
your name)

Coming back to the point though, even if there's a BoF
though with v4 and v6 content, I would guess that this
doesn't tie us to developing a single working group
to tackle the task. Such decisions would have to be
achieved through discussion & rough consensus.

What I will attempt to do is get a list of related
documents together which may bear on the discussion.
Would this be helpful?
