[DNA-BOF] Quick draft on multicast client mobility issues

Hi,

As part of our discussion, Gopi and I have
put together a small draft about multicast client
mobility.

There is some discussion on detecting network
attachment or detachment, and its effects on multicast
networks and stream reception.

This draft doesn't cover networks with multicast
snooping very well, but we'll either update the
draft (later) or get another one out about that.
