Thanks for your work. The workplan seems reasonable.  

But I think it's possible to further optimized DNA solution in parallel 
with basic DNA solution just as HMIPv6 went parallel with MIPv6. 

For example, both FastRA and FRD is about how to receive a RA 
sufficiently fast. They don't rely on the final text from the basic draft.  

I agree that we should finish 'basic work' first but that doesn't imply 
that we should wait to start 'optimized work' till 'basic work' is finished. 

How about the following time line? First we start basic work. Second 
we start optimzied works (which are orthogonal to basic solution). 
Third we finish basic work. Forth we finish optimized work.
