RE: [DNA-BOF] AP5: cataloguing L2 Hints for DNA.
Hi - Definitely concur on cellular technologies but perhaps the list
should run to GSM, GPRS/EDGE & UMTS in the first cut of abstracting link
hints with 802.11.
Perhaps we should at some point include broadcasting (DAB/DVB) and
additional short range technologies such as Bluetooth & UWB providing
the expertise can be found.

Cellular technologies may be good candidates as well with GPRS in first
place perhaps.
I think the link-hints should really be "abstracted" from the
technologies while keeping some sort of adaptation for each of them

I agree - are you thinking top-down (what technologies do we need to
include?) or bottom-up (what technologies do we have expertise in,
on this list?)?
