[DNA-BOF] AP5 Last Call complete Link Hints Catalogue accepted

This is just a note to say that we're
accepting the work on cataloguing existing
Link Hints for DNA, based on the BoF
discussion and the subsequent action point on
the list.

There are several existing drafts for us
to draw on:

I'm not sure what level of abstraction or
classification we'll need, but we'll have to
develop some charter text and milestone(s) to cover this.
