Hi,

We've got text proposals for each of DAD optimization
and Link-hints, and I'll start a discussion on Attachment
Detection today. I see the final structure to be
roughly like this:

Please provide feedback about this structure.

Once we have fairly agreeable text for each subtask,
We'll stitch things together and ask for opinions on
the combination.
