I think the initial 'Overview of task' also should be written
by Greg Daley. Maybe, it is based on the early proposed
description in http://www.ctie.monash.edu.au/dna/.
Why don't you sum up all descriptions and make one full
charter as a draft version? I believe that it can lead more
comments in this mailing list.

I like the current structure.

For Attachment Detection, we seems to already have more
obvious direction. And, I think that Greg's proposal for the
description is good. So, IMO, right now, we had better stitch
all descriptions together.
