I think we'd better clarity the definition of 'Network Attachemt'. Greg's 
definition and Brett's are slightly different.  

Assume two APs are one the same link and share one AR like below.
Assume also a MN is attached to AR through AP1.

If MN moves from AP1 to AP2, will we say 'Network Attachment' occurs?  

According to Greg's definition, Network Attachment doesn't occur because 
a MN doesn't arrive on a new IP subnet. But according to Brett's definition, 
Network Attachment occurs. 

I think we'd better interpret this as 'Network Attachment occurs'. IMHO, Network 
Attachment occurs when a host arrives on NOT 'a new IP subnet' BUT 'a new link'.
