oDAD-03 looks good and I have a question as follows.

In my opinion, above mention is not optimized DAD but omited DAD and
I don't make sense what optimized DAD means in this draft without
definitions. Also this work is not compatible with the concept of oDAD.
Could you let me know your view on this ?

Let me know what you think -- it's only 13 honest pages,
so it shouldn't take too long! I'd really like to get
an informed discussion going about this at IETF 58.
