I don't know it's wise to mention solutions at this stage. It's my opinion that the DNA 
problems are not clear enough yet. 

I agree with Greg to just specify the problems in this document, without reference to 
solutions. If necessary, we can add solution part at the later versions.

Currently Greg Daley and I are preparing the I-D on the above issues: 

Router Advertisement Issues for Movement Detection/ Detection of Network Attachment 

We found the information in RA is not adequate for efficient Movement Detection. It describes 
the problems we encountered and investigates the possible solutions. We will submit it to IPv6 
WG in a few days.

I don't think DAD delay is one of DNA delays. IMHO, we should distinguish DNA 
delay and Handoff delay. We'd better clarify the definition of DNA delay lest there 
should be confusion.

We forgot to mention the waiting time for an unsolicited RA. Thanks.
