Also, special thanks go to Pekka Nikander and
Ted Lemon for taking minutes.  I'll try to get them 
processed ASAP for those unable to get to the session.

I think we've got some (short) time to get the charter
done, so I'll try to start further discussion into
that as soon as I can  (hopefully before we all
get post-IETF lethargy).
