[DNA-BOF] Update after Minneapolis Meeting

Hi,

Just as a starting point, I'd like to keep you up to date
on the BoF and some of the actions we're following up on.

The Charter is currently being re-drafted, towards its final
form.  We're incorporating feedback from the session and
ADs.

Also, there will be some discussion with IPv6 chairs
(hopefully early in this week) to cover some of the document
ownership and review issues which have been of concern.

We should be able to get this worked out and announced soon.

After that we'll be presenting the charter to the list, and
seeking further feedback, before putting it to the ADs again.

I've not had a chance to collate the minutes, but I'll announce
these soon, and ask for feedback regarding the contents.
