Well, given that this BCP is approved and contains only a limited
(imho -- see Section 16) explanation of DNA-related link issues,
there still seems to be room for a new document that would
provide guidance for link designers in this matter.

I'm not suggesting that it would be done here, just pointing out
that work may still remain.
