I am simply pointing out what DNA BCP is...
DNA BCP is may composed of
1) L2 Triggering
2) DAD Potimization (for LLA)
3) RS (reduce random delay on the host)
4) Fast RA (remove random delay on the router)
I think we've already got reasonable solutions and
those were implemented on some systems as well
for the "Best Current Practice"...
I am not sure we have to consider L2 authentication
as DNA BCP...
seems to me so enough... anything else ?
