[DNA] Partial review of draft-jinchoi-dna-goals-00.txt

I have now partially reviewed draft-jinchoi-dna-goals-00.txt and
have a number of editorial and structural comments.  I'll
send the editorial comments directly to the authors.

The structural comments are the following:

1. To me, it looks like that the end of Section 2, starting at...

>    A host can check link change to determine the validity of it IP

     ... is more or less redundant with what appears later in
    the draft, and does not really need to be here.  Hence, I would
    suggest either removing it or making it considerably more compact.

2. I didn't quite understand what is the point of Section 3.  Again,
    it seems to be giving redundant information and could be safely
    removed.  However, I may be missing something.

3. Surprise surprise, I find also Section 4 too long and partially
    unnecessary.

Hence, based on the observations above, I would suggest combining
the text from the end of Section 2, all of Section 3 and all of
Section 4 into a single section.  I think the essential text from
those sections can be compressed into a single page (or slightly
more), with proper references to existing documents.

On the other hand, I find Sections 5 and 6, i.e., the real stuff,
very good and up to the point.  I have not really reviewed the
security considerations section, yet.
