[DNA] DNA @ IETF60

Hi,

I've requested a slot at IETF60 for DNA.

Based on the charter milestones, we have three
items due in August 2004!

I think that we're going to try to get 
progress reports on each of these.
Probably the focus will be on 
the DNAv6 Goals and BCP, although we should
have time for an update on Link-Layer hints.

Given this, I think we really only need an hour.
I'll contact people back when the session has 
been scheduled.
