[DNA] Individual Submission for DNA Best Current Practices

An individual submission by Sathya, Nicolas and I
covering current practices for DNAv6 hosts
has been sent to the internet-drafts alias.

The document is called:

"Detecting Network Attachment in IPv6 - Best Current Practices"

draft-narayanan-dna-bcp-00.txt

Abstract:

Hosts experiencing rapid link-layer changes may require further
configuration change detection procedures than more traditional fixed
hosts. Detecting Network Attachment is a set of strategies for
determining configuration validity in wireless or rapidly changing
environments. This document details best current practice for
Detecting Network Attachment in IPv6 hosts using Neighbor Discovery
    procedures.

There are some appendixes missing, but we though it
would be good to get some opinions on the content
and rough form of the document before dealing
with too many details.

The draft is available at the URL:

http://www.ctie.monash.edu.au/ipv6/draft-narayanan-dna-bcp-00.txt

And will appear shortly on the IETF site.
