[DNA] DNA co-chair available less than usually

Dear DNA WG members,

I will be on a number of about week long trips during the next
few weeks, and therefore will read my e-mail only sporadically.
Furthermore, unfortunately it looks like that I will have to skip
the San Diego meeting.  Fortunately, though, I should be available
by e-mail (and via telecon if needed) both the week before San Diego
and while the San Diego meeting will be taking place.

Jari Arkko has kindly promised to help Greg in co-chairing the
San Diego meeting as a proxy for me.

It looks like that our main goal in San Diego will be to assure
progress of the three existing drafts: the goals, BCP and hints
drafts.  I've understood that Greg will be sending details and
the agenda shortly.  Furthermore, we want to encourage people
starting to think about potential solutions, especially in the
light of the goals draft.  However, given the current silence
at the mailing list, it is probably better to convey that discussion
at the mailing list, and preserve the actual face-to-face meeting
time in getting the goals, BCP, and hints forward.
