I suppose we had better get the document referenced in [16]
placed into the repository :)

Please be aware that the reference for [18] doesn't list
Erik's name as co-author.

I've talked to the XML2RFC people and we'll need to update
the internet drafts repository so that it lists Erik's name
too, since the xml2rfc reference is generated from the i-d's list.
