I don't see 'why'. Kindly provide the reason in more detail.  

I already shared the contents of this draft with a few people but didn't meet 
a serious objection yet. Though the draft is new, the basic ideas behind it 
were with us even before Minneapolis meeting. I had a talk on these with 
chairs and AD but nobody seemed to challenge the main ideas.
