Hi folks,

James, Mohamed and I have just refreshed our draft on FastRA for
consideration when discussing DNA solutions.

"IPv6 Fast Router Advertisement"

Abstract

    This document specifies an amendment to the router solicitation
    handling procedures in RFC 2461 that allow for improved default
    router aquisition performance when an active IP host moves from
    one subnet to another.

The draft is available at:

http://www.ctie.monash.edu.au/ipv6/draft-mkhalil-ipv6-fastra-05.txt

and should appear on the repository shortly.  The filename will be
changed in due course, but we missed the -00 deadline for San Diego.
