Oops. It seems that I misunderstood the phrase 'one cannot read

I agree. I already posted 'DNA Goals Issue List' at the ML.
(Also I posted a few more about the other issues.)
Looking over the ML, I found out that you raised the most
of issues requiring serious contemplation.
