Oops. It seems that I misunderstood the phrase 'one cannot read 
into email unless it is rude'. Sorry.

I agree. I already posted 'DNA Goals Issue List' at the ML. 
(Also I posted a few more about the other issues.) 

Thanks for your valuable comments. Looking over the ML, I found out 
that you raised the most of issues requiring serious contemplation.
