This is an attempt to resolve this issue: Issue 2 Jim Bound proposed to remove Section 2. Detecting Network Attachment in Existing IPv6 Systems Suggested resolution We will remove the Sec 2 from the Goals draft.
At San Diego meeting, WG agreed to remove Sec 2 from the
Goals draft
(and, if needed, moved them to BCP draft.).
Please register your opinion if you have any comments, otherwise we'll update the Goals draft accordingly and move it forward.
