Hi,

A new version of Deterministic FastRA has been submitted (01).

This will shortly make its way to the repository.

In the mean time, the draft is available at:

Differences to the previous draft are available at:

http://www.ctie.monash.edu.au/dna/draft-daley-dna-det-fastra-01-from-0.diff.html

At this stage, most of the changes were resultant from
the implementation of Deterministic FastRA for RADVD.
Other issues are still unresolved, need further comment or
text.
