Hello Daniel,

I read through your draft and have a question.  In the introduction, you
recognise that the reason for the RA random delay in RFC 2461 is to
prevent simultaneous responses from multiple routers.  I can't see
anything in your draft that replaces the random delay to provide this
separation.  Are you just proposing that like 
draft-mkhalil-ipv6-fastra-05.txt, one router be configured to provide
fast responses?

The difference would then just be that fast responses are only given
by that configured router to hosts that specifically request it.

If you have to go to the effort of configuring one router to be able to
provide fast responses, then why would you ever want it not to provide
a fast response?
