[DNA] Implementation of Linkid Prefix Scheme

Dear DNA WG,

We have implemented the Linkid Prefix Scheme. 

We wrote a code over Linux OS (Kernel 2.4.18) platform. 

For router side, we added code to RA Daemon (Samsung ISO 
implementation based on Linux RADVD version 0.7.2) and code lines
are 390. For host side, we added code to our own IPv6 stack (SISOv6) 
and code lines are 160. 

Right now we are testing its performance. We set two links consisting 
of three routers respectively and move a host between two links to see 
how it works. Till now, the host seems to check for link change correctly. 
More detailed report will be provided later. 

We also reflected the implementation experience to update the draft, 
which is available at
