[DNA] Consensus Call: Link Identification

Dear WG,

This is a notification of a consensus call to confirm the 
feeling of the room at IETF 63 regarding the question:

Does the WG feel that we should proceed with developing 
the DNA solution's Link Identification scheme regardless
of which of the existing schemes is used as a starting point?

The consensus call lasts for two weeks, and ends Monday 22nd
of August.

Any clarifying questions can be directed at this thread.
