[DNA] Solution update

Hi folks,

I've been trying to incorporate the feedback I've had on the draft
over the last week.  I haven't made it through all of it yet, so it's
definitely work-in-progress, but if you are interested in where it's
at right now, a preview is available at:

A diff from the draft currently in the repository can be seen here:

The diff is unfortunately quite long because of section numbering
changes but is still fairly easy to scan through.
