[DNA] FRD I-D Update

Dear WG

We have updated the FRD draft. It's not in the repository yet 
but available in

http://www.diffeo.com/drafts/draft-ietf-dna-frd-01.txt

Mainly we reflected the changes which happened since the 00-version
such as DNA solution progress & 802.16 ISF (Initial Service Flow)
definition. Also we incorporated feedback from WG, special thanks to
Greg for detailed comments. Additional new text was introduced in last
2 paragraphs of section 4 and last 2 paragraphs of the security
considerations. Please give your opinion on the addition.

Kindly see that everything is ok. We wish to LC the draft in near
future, so your feedback would be appreciated.
