FRD can work without MIH. We just tried to show how MIH can be used to
facilitate FRD operation. Greg showed a similar concern. If the
section gives the wrong impression that MIH is indispensable for FRD,
we may remove it to Appendix. (FRD can use MIH, if it's there.)
