Hello All -

I just submitted -03 of the merged DNA solution document to IETF. You 
can find the document at

Changes since -02 are minimal (see section 11- 'Changes since -02' in 
the draft): if you printed -02 already, you don't have to print -03 
again, just section 5.2.7, I made a mistake in the RA processing logic 
in -02, which is fixed in -03.

Please provide comments.
