We've just submitted:

http://www.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-wood-dna-link-properties-advertisement-01.txt

which describes network attachments that can vary in their  
characteristics, the problems that result, and an approach to  
overcoming this.

We hope this is of interest to the DNA community, and we're ready to  
talk about this in Dublin.
